You’ll learn principles of ministerial administration, human resource management and organizational development. Based upon past education and experience, you’ll choose one of four academic tracks.
- Track A is for students with a master’s degree in a theological discipline (18 hours)
- Track B is for students with a master’s degree in a non-theological discipline (18 hours)
- Track C is for students with a bachelor’s degree who desire a master’s degree plus the certificate (51 hours)
- Track D is for students with a bachelor’s degree who desire only the certificate (21 hours)
