Join Us at the 樱桃涩福利姬 5k at 樱桃涩福利姬 on Sept. 14, 2024!
We are delighted to bring our 7th Annual 樱桃涩福利姬 5k to campus! Founded in 2014 by Chairperson & Associate Professor of Exercise Science & Integrative Health, Dr. BC Charles-Liscombe, this 5 kilometer looped run/walk course routes along the Mount's campus and the Sisters of Charity Motherhouse.
Whether you are a new or experienced runner, the 樱桃涩福利姬 5k welcomes everyone in their journey to celebrate accomplishment with community at a pace that works for you.

No Sweat Option
Can't make it to the race? You can still support the event by choosing the "No Sweat Option!" We will include a race t-shirt with your registration (while supplies last) as a Thank You for your support!
Cost:
$30 - Adults 18-64
$20 - Youth 17 and under, Seniors 65 and over, 樱桃涩福利姬 Students, Faculty, Staff and Alumni

- Registration includes chip timing, T-shirt, awards, and pre/post events. After 8/25/24, T-shirts are included while supplies last.
- All participants registered before September 1st will receive a commemorative race t-shirt with their registration. You must be signed up prior to 8/25/24 to be guaranteed a shirt. Registrations after 8/25/24 will receive a shirt while supplies last.
Note: All registrations are to be done online including race day.
Details:
- Course: 5 Kilometer course winds through the campus of the 樱桃涩福利姬 and the Sisters of Charity Motherhouse.
- Divisions: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over
- Awards Recognition: Overall Male and Female winners and Top male and female performers in each age category will receive an award.
- Pre-Race activities: Pre-race music and entertainment begins at 8 a.m.
- Post-Race Celebration: Immediately following the race, refreshments, stretching, massage and entertainment will be available!
- Register online: All registrations are to be done online. Online registration will be available through race day.
- Results: Final results will be posted online here and at the race.

Day of Information:
The race will start at 8:30 a.m. in the upper east parking lot, looping around the track at Schueler Field, going through campus and to the grounds of the Sisters of Charity Mother House, and ending back in the upper east parking lot. Please plan to join us before and after the race in the upper east parking lot for pre- and post-race events! Snacks and drinks will be provided.
Early Check-in & Packet Pick-Up Available
- Packet pickup is available on Thursday, September 12, 2024 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. in Harrington Center Lobby and Friday, September 13, 2024 from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. in Harrington Center Lobby.
Race Day Check in and Packet Pick up Available
Race day pickups are available from 7:30 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. at Upper East Lot.
