Seton Residence Hall
Seton Residence Hall has the capacity to house over 500 students in rooms that range from single and double rooms in traditional corridor-style hallways to suites for two, three, or four residents. All full-time undergraduate students are eligible to live in the Seton Residence Hall.

Room "Live On" Requirement
All freshmen and sophomore students enrolled full time (12 or more credit hours) at Ó£ÌÒɬ¸£Àû¼§ are required to live on campus and participate in a meal plan offered by the University’s contracted food service.
Exceptions to the Housing Requirement
Exceptions to the housing and meal plan requirements are made for students who meet any one of the following criteria:
- The student is married and living with said student’s spouse,
- The student is 21 years of age or older,
- The student is living inside a 35-mile driving distance from the University AND is commuting from the home address of said student’s parent or legal guardian.
- Specific eligibility requirements to live off campus may be obtained from the Student Affairs Office, Seton 132.
- Any requests to live off campus from freshmen and sophomore students who do not meet one of the above exceptions must be approved in advance by the Dean of Students or Designee.
