Ó£ÌÒɬ¸£Àû¼§’s (Ó£ÌÒɬ¸£Àû¼§) Registrar’s Office, in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), is responsible for monitoring access to and release of information from student education records. Students may request Ó£ÌÒɬ¸£Àû¼§ to release information to third parties by completing the FERPA Authorization to Release Information here.
Students may withhold Directory Information by notifying the Registrar through the Request for Non-Disclosure of Directory Information form here within the first two weeks of the academic semester the request is to become effective. The University assumes no liability for honoring a student’s withholding of information. This block remains in place until the student releases it.
Designated Directory Information that may be released by the University is:
- Student Name
- Address(es) (local, home, and email)
- Telephone (local and home)
- Date and place of birth
- Photograph
- Student classification (year in school)
- Program of study
- Major(s) and minor(s)
- Academic advisor
- Inclusive dates of enrollment
- Enrollment status
- Degrees earned
- Awards received including academic honors
- Most recent previous educational agency or institution attended
- Participation in officially recognized activities and sports
- Weight and height of athletic team members
